These terms apply to dimapub.com, the Dima Publishing interactive reader, and any books, digital textbooks, subscriptions or services we offer (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
What we sell
Dima Publishing sells educational content, including digital textbooks delivered through our online reader, instructor materials, and course or institutional access licenses. Each product page describes what is included, the format, and how long access lasts. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Accounts and access
- Some Services require an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.
- Access you buy is personal to you (or to the seats your institution licensed) and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
- Course access may be limited to a term or a set period, as described when you purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. If a purchase renews automatically, we will say so clearly before you buy, and you can cancel future renewals at any time.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your use of our content
All books, text, images, code examples, datasets, assessments and designs in the Services belong to Dima Publishing or its authors and licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning and, for instructors, for teaching the courses you have access for. Please do not copy, redistribute, scrape, upload to other sites, or use our content to train machine-learning models without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the Services.
- Don’t use the Services to break the law or anyone’s rights, including academic-integrity rules at your school.
- Don’t share answer keys or instructor-only materials with students.
Changes and availability
Digital books get better over time. We may update, correct or reorganize content, and we may change or retire features. If a change materially reduces something you paid for during your access period, contact us and we will make it right.
Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep content accurate and the reader available, but we cannot promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dima Publishing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in question during the twelve months before the claim.
Ending access
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections about ownership, disclaimers and limits continue to apply after access ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.
